How to Hide Your Youtube Channel Temporarily

Preparation

1. Open Your Favourite Browser.
2. Go to Youtube.com
3. Log into Your Youtube Account, If You are Not Already Logged in.
4. Click on the “Profile Picture” at the Top Right Corner of the Page.
5. Go to “Settings”.
6. Click on “View Advanced Settings”.
7. Click on “Delete Channel”.
8. Enter Your Password and Click Next.
9. You Can Find 2 Options.
10. First “I want to Hide My Channel”.
11. Second “I Want to Permanently Delete My Content”.
12. Click on “I want to Hide My Channel”.
13. Select the “Check Boxes” to Confirm and Click “Hide My Channel”.
14. In the Dialog Box that Appears, Click on “Hide My Content”.
15. That’s it, Your Channel is Hidden.
16. Now, You Go Back to Youtube.
17. Click on Your “Profile Picture” Again.
18. This Time, You Won’t Find an Option to Visit Your Channel URL.
19. Instead You Will Be Asked to “Create a Channel”.
