How to Submit US Tax Info for Business Google Adsense Account

Preparation

1. Login to Your Google Adsense Account.

22. If You Have TIN Number Enter it Here, or Else Enter Your TAN Number.
23. Click Next.
24. Enter Your Address.
25. Check the Box, If Your Mailing Address is Same as Permanent Address.
26. If You Want to Claim Tax Treaty Benefits, Select Yes.
27. Select Your Country.
28. Check the Boxes Below.
29. Select the Services You Use and the Respective Articles.
30. Now, We need to Select an Option for Limitation on Benefits.
31. For this You Need to Go through an Article to Choose the Correct Option.

33. Click “Next”.
34. If You Want, You May Download the Forms.
35. Accept the Terms and Condition.
36. Click “Next”.
37. Enter the Legal Name of the Owner.
38. Click “Next”.
39. If You have Activities With Google Within US. Select “Yes” Otherwise Select “No”.
40. If you are receiving payments from google for the first time select the first option.
41. If you previously received payment from google, select the second option.
42. Click Submit.
