How to Submit US Tax Info on Your Google Adsense Account

Preparation

1. Login to Your Google Adsense Account.
2. Click on “Payments”.
3. Under Settings Section, Click on “Manage Settings”.
4. Scroll Down to Payment Profiles Section.
5. Click on the Pencil Icon Next to United States Tax Info.
6. Click on “Manage Tax Info”.
7. Now, Click on “Add Tax Info” button.
8. Select Your Account Type.
9. Click Next.
10. Select Whether You are a US Citizen on Not.
11. Click Next.
12. If You Want to Claim Tax Treaty Benefits Select the First Option.
13. If You File US Income Tax Return, Select the Second Option.
14. Click on “Start W-8BEN Form”.
15. Enter Your Name As Per the Legal Document You Have.
16. Select Your Country.
17. Enter Your Tax Payer Identification Number.
18. If You are From India. Enter Your PAN Number.
19. Click Next.
20. Enter Your Address.
21. Check the Box, If Your Mailing Address is Same as Permanent Address.
22. Click Next.
23. If You Want to Claim Tax Treaty Benefits Select Yes.
24. Select Your Country.
25. Select the Services You Use and the Respective Articles.
26. Click “Next”.
27. If You Want, You May Download the Forms.
28. Accept the Terms and Condition.
29. Click “Next”.
30. Enter Your Full Legal Name.
31. Select the First Option and Click “Next”.
32. If You have Activities With Google Within US. Select “Yes” Otherwise Select “No”.
33. If you are receiving payments from google for the first time select the first option.
34. If you previously received payment from google, select the second option.
35. Click Submit.
36. That’s it. Your Tax Form is Submitted.
