How to Resize the Taskbar in Windows 7

Preparation

1. Right Click on the Empty Space on Your Taskbar to Display the Taskbar Dialog Box.
2. Remove the Checkmark Next to "Lock the Taskbar" to Unlock the Taskbar.
3. Place the Cursor on the Outer Edge of the Taskbar Until You See the Cursor Changes into an Arrow with Two Heads.
4. Click on the Edge of the Taskbar, Then Drag the Taskbar Until You Have Reached the Satisfying Width.
5. Release the Mouse to Secure the Taskbar Current Width.
6. Now, Right Click on the Empty Space on Your Taskbar Again to Display the Taskbar Dialog Box.
7. Put a Checkmark Next to “Lock the Taskbar” to Lock the Taskbar Again.
