Step by Step Procedure

Preparation

  1. When You Take a Screenshot, It Will Capture Everything That You Can Currently See on Your Screen.
  2. You Can Take Pictures of Your Desktop, Web Browser, Full-Screen Game, or Any Other Program.
  3. To Capture the Image of What Appear on Your Screen, Press the Print Screen Button on Your Keyboard.
  4. This Will Save a Copy of Your Computer's Display to the Clipboard.
  5. Now, Open Paint or Any Other Image Editing Software.
  6. Once You Have a New Paint Document Open, Paste the Image by Pressing Ctrl Plus V on Your Keyboard.
  7. Your Captured Image Will Appear in the Paint Window.
  8. Click the Resize Button to Resize the Image as Per Your Wish.
  9. Click Ok to Apply the Changes.
  10. Now, Click File and Select Save as.
  11. Select Jpeg From the "Save as Type" Drop Down Menu.
  12. Select the Folder Where You Want to Save the Image.
  13. Give a Name for the File and Click Save.
