How Do I Increase Java Memory in Windows 7?
1. Click on "Start" Button and Go to "Control Panel."
2. Select Programs.
3. Go to Java Settings.
4. Select "Java" Tab.
5. Click on the View Button.
6. Change Amount of Heap.
7. In the "Runtime Parameters" Column Change the Value, or if It Is Blank Decide for the New Value, of the Java Memory.
8. To Modify the Parameter, Double Click in the "Runtime Parameters" Column and Type -xms512m.
9. That Assigns 512mb Memory for the Java.
10. Click on "Ok" Button on the "Java Runtime Environment Settings" to Close It.
11. Click on "Apply" to Finalize the New Java Memory. Then Click on the "Ok" Button.
12. Close the Windows 7 Control Panel.
